Abstract
A case of nephrotic syndrome and bilateral renal vein thrombosis is reported. The presence of y-globulin in the glomeruli and lung, as demonstrated by immunofluorescence studied, suggests an immune pathogenesis for the nephrotic syndrome. An immune mechanism initiated by the renal vein thrombosis is proposed and discussed. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
