Abstract
We report on a Brazilian boy with widely cleft lip and palate and bilateral tibial hemimelia. Normal consanguineous parents, unremarkable gestational antecedents, and normal peripheral lymphocytes and chromosomes suggest autosomal recessive inheritance.Keywords
