Time-Frequency Characteristics of Ultra-Wideband Signals for Radio Systems

Abstract
The time and frequency analysis of ultra-wideband (UWB) signals for radiocommunication systems is presented in the paper. The results of computation are shown. A process of synthesis of the ultra-wideband signals from the spectrum for different parameters is analyzed. The influence of limitations of signals' spectrums over the shape of rebuilt pulses is discussed. Distortions of popular Gaussian and Rayleigh pulses in UWB band 3.1-10.6 GHz are shown.Keywords
