Abstract

To account for the

{K_{1}}^{0} - {K_{2}}^{0}

mass difference a direct

{K_{1}}^{0} - 2 π

interaction is introduced which gives

τ ({K_{1}}^{0}) [m ({K_{1}}^{0}) - m ({K_{2}}^{0})]

in terms of the

I = 0

,

s

-wave pion-pion scattering phase shifts.
