Measurement of the branching fractions for $B^{-} \to D^{() +} π^{-} ℓ^{-} {\bar{ν}}_{ℓ}$ and $\bar{B^{0}} \to D^{() 0} π^{+} ℓ^{-} {\bar{ν}}_{ℓ}$

We report on a measurement of the branching fractions for

B^{-} \to D^{(*) +} π^{-} ℓ^{-} {\bar{ν}}_{ℓ}

and

\bar{B^{0}} \to D^{(*) 0} π^{+} ℓ^{-} {\bar{ν}}_{ℓ}

with

275 \times 10^{6}

B \bar{B}

events collected at the

Υ (4 S)

resonance with the Belle detector at KEKB. Events are tagged by fully reconstructing one of the

B

mesons in hadronic modes. We obtain

B (B^{-} \to D^{+} π^{-} ℓ^{-} {\bar{ν}}_{ℓ}) = (0.54 \pm 0.07 (stat) \pm 0.07 (syst) \pm 0.06 (BR)) \times 10^{- 2}

B (B^{-} \to D^{* +} π^{-} ℓ^{-} {\bar{ν}}_{ℓ}) = (0.67 \pm 0.11 (stat) \pm 0.09 (syst) \pm 0.03 (BR)) \times 10^{- 2}

B (\bar{B^{0}} \to D^{0} π^{+} ℓ^{-} {\bar{ν}}_{ℓ}) = (0.33 \pm 0.06 (stat) \pm 0.06 (syst) \pm 0.03 (BR)) \times 10^{- 2}

B (\bar{B^{0}} \to D^{* 0} π^{+} ℓ^{-} {\bar{ν}}_{ℓ}) = (0.65 \pm 0.12 (stat) \pm 0.08 (syst) \pm 0.05 (BR)) \times 10^{- 2}

, where the third error comes from the error on

\bar{B} \to D^{(*)} ℓ^{-} {\bar{ν}}_{ℓ}

decays. Contributions from

\bar{B^{0}} \to D^{* +} ℓ^{-} {\bar{ν}}_{ℓ}

decays are excluded in the measurement of

\bar{B^{0}} \to D^{0} π^{+} ℓ^{-} {\bar{ν}}_{ℓ}
