Abstract
A 10 and 20 Gbit/s clock recovery IC with 180° switched and 288° continuously variable phase-shifting function has been realised using 0.2/0.3 µm HEMT technology. The recovered clock signal has a time jitter of 2 ps at 10 GHz. The 2 × 1.5 mm2 IC needs 300mW DC power at –3.3 V supply. Keywords
