Abstract
Organic thin-film devices with multiple cavities vertical to the substrate surface were fabricated. The photo- and electroluminescences of these samples were examined, and the characteristics arising from these multiplex cavities were obtained. This multiplex cavity structure will make it possible to fabricate new functional devices such as optical switches. Keywords
