Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 16-year-old boy was admitted to the hospital because of confusion.He was well until the early hours of the day of entry, when he was observed in a parked car having a seizure. When the police arrived he was wandering on a nearby street. He was taken to another hospital, where he became combative, with occasional choreoathetoid movements. Naloxone hydrochloride, physostigmine, thiamine hydrochloride, and glucose were administered by vein, without response, and he was transferred to this hospital.
