Abstract
The photovoltaic activity of electrodeposited CuInSe2 thin films in an aqueous acidic solution has been determined by photoelectrochemical measurements. We used the model of Gärtner to extract values of effective optoelectronic parameters of the CuInSe2 films. These values suggest the presence of a high density of bulk or surface defects in the electrodeposited layers. This publication has 20 references indexed in Scilit:
