Abstract
Aus Sabalfrüchten wurden die ß‐Sitosterolderivate ß‐Sitosterolpalmitat, ‐myristat, ‐laurat, −6‐0‐myristyl‐ß‐D‐glucosid, −6‐0‐lauryl‐ß‐D‐glucosid, −6‐0‐caprinoyl‐ß‐D‐glucosid, ‐ß‐D‐glucosid, ‐ß‐D‐diglucosid und freies ß‐Sitosterol sowie die Flavonoide Rutin, Rhoifolin, Isoquercitrin und Kämpferol‐3‐0‐glucosid isoliert. Die pharmakologische Untersuchung zeigte, daß die Polysaccharide, ß‐Sitosterolderivate und Flavonoide an der entzündungshemmenden Wirkung nicht beteiligt sind. About Contents of Sabal Fruits and their anti‐Inflammatory Effect From sabal fruits the ß‐sitosterolderivates ß‐sitosterolpalmitate, ‐myristate, ‐laurate, −6‐0‐myristyl‐ß‐D‐glucoside, −6‐0‐lauryl‐ß‐D‐glucoside, −6‐0‐caprinoyl‐ß‐D‐glucoside, ‐ß‐D‐glucoside, ‐ß‐D‐diglucoside and free ß‐sitosterol as well as the flavonoids rutin, rhoifolin, isoquercitrin und kaempferol‐3‐0‐glucoside were isolated. The pharmacological experiments showed that the polysaccharides, ß‐sitosterol‐derivatives and flavonoids were not involved in the anti‐inflammatory effect of the perorally given drug.
