Abstract
PRESENTATION OF CASEA 42-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of dyspnea.He had been in good health until three months previously, when he began to experience postprandial epigastric distress associated with anorexia and a loss of 4 kg in weight. Seven weeks before admission he noticed several nontender lumps on the left side of the neck, and two weeks later he was admitted to the hospital.
