Abstract
The event-per-event analysis in heavy ions collisions, with relatively large acceptance detectors, can provide dynamical information which cannot be obtained from the simpler inclusive approach. We identify and propose to study some observables, which can be related to standard thermodynamical theory of fluctuations and therefore may provide information about properties of hadronic matter at the freeze-out stage. Among those are fluctuations in $p_t$ slope, as well as in population of different bins of the of the pion $p_t$ distribution.
