Abstract
This study has outlined the rate and duration of penetration of tritiated prednisolone into the aqueous humor following a single clinical dose. The prednisolone labeled with tritium was incorporated into a commercial preparation. The concentration of drug reached a peak of 7.651μg/gm of aqueous humor at 30 minutes and decreased to a level of 2.176μg/gm at 240 minutes. These results are compared with the penetration of tritiated dexamethasone. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
