Abstract
Comparison of the effects of oxytocic agents on the human electrohysterogram with that of normal labor indicates that oxytocin is capable of producing a physiologic electrical pattern. No difference could be distinguished in the electrical patterns of natural and synthetic oxytocin.Keywords
