Abstract
A geological map and cross sections are presented along with a brief commentary and references to earlier papers. The major structure is a syncline (Wakefield Syncline) plunging at 60°, which can be traced for about 30,000 ft and which is interpreted as a great lateral drag fold. The strata affected are metagreywackes of presumed Mesozoic age.
