Abstract
A selective medium containing chloroneb and streptomycin sulfate in potato dextrose agar was developed for the quantitative isolation of M. phaseolina sclerotia from soil. Populations as low as 1 sclerotium/g of soil could be detected with this medium. The medium was also suitable for isolating M. phaseolina from infected plants. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
