Superconductivity from antiferromagnetic exchange interactions

Abstract
It is shown that the effective antiferromagnetic exchange interaction associated with the Hubbard model of a metal can give rise to antiferromagnetism and superconductivity simultaneously. This is a suggested model for the newly discovered high-temperature superconductors.Keywords
