Abstract
Samples of mid-lactation milk were obtained from 6 cows, 7 sheep, 9 goats, 8 sows, 10 mares and 7 donkeys and were defatted by centrifugation at 2500 g at 30.degree. C for 15 min. The following substances were determined: protein; rennet coagulation; soluble and colloidal Ca; and soluble and colloidal Pi.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
