Abstract
A detailed anatomical and onto-genetic study of the vegetative organs of Pastinaca sativa. Included is a discussion of triarch primary xylem plate, found in a very limited number of plants. The 3rd arch resulted from the splitting of a bundle; thus these plants cannot be considered true triarchs. Lateral roots which are differentiated in the phellogen and the disintegration of the primary xylem are also discussed. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
