Abstract
A fast and efficient method of evaluating soil incorporators consists of incorporating a fluorescent dye into the soil, taking soil samples, removing the dye by a solvent, and determining the dye concentration. Pontacyl Brilliant Pink B was the best dye for incorporation studies and a fluorometer was the analytical instrument. Keywords
