Abstract
Guinea pigs were immunized with type 3 APC viral antigen in the presence of adjuvant. In complement fixation test, their serum reacted at a comparable titer with type 3 and type 7 viral antigens as well as with the group-specific "soluble antigen" present in the cultures of both types. Antigens were prepared by growing the viruses in cultures of HeLa cells. Keywords
