Abstract
We describe an unusual presentation of a congenital mesoblastic nephroma in a 5-month-old boy. He was in hemodynamic shock in admission. Sonography revealed an echogenic right kidney and hemoperitoneum. Right nephrectomy was performed, and he is well one year later without any further treatment. Keywords
