Abstract
The study was made of the serological and genetic identification of 10 of 14 cellular antigenic factors reported previously. Chickens used were Single Comb White Leghorns. Antisera were prepared by isoimmunization between the chicken. Genetic analysis showed that the antigenic factors were controlled by genes belonging to 3 non-linked loci, which were designated F,G and H. One of these, G, consisted of 9 alleles GA, GBM, GC, GG, GI, GK, GL, GM and G9, and the other 2 loci consisted of 2 alleles each [long dash]FF and Ff, and HH and Hh, respectively. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
