Abstract
We have demonstrated 160-Gb/s bidirectional optical data buses using parallel optical transceivers with 16-transmitter plus 16-receiver 10-Gb/s channels on optical printed circuit boards with 32 polymer waveguides, providing requisite technologies for chip-to-chip board-level optical interconnects. Keywords
