Abstract
Formulae are presented by means of which one can calculate the maximum number of pounds of a fumigant whether (1) a gas or (2) a liquid or solid which can exist in the vapor phase in an enclosed space of 1,000 cu. ft. at temperatures ranging from 32 F. to 122 F. under a pressure of 1 atmosphere. Tables show the data for 26 compounds, including the commonly used fumigants such as hydrocyanic acid gas, carbon disulphide, paradichlorobenzene, naphthalene, nicotine, etc. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
