Abstract
A method was devised utilizing acetocarmine succeeded by Giemsa staining in order to obtain both complete shapes and C-bands of the same chromosomes in a single cell. It was possible to identify each chromosome more precisely. The method is also applicable to pollen mother cells. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
