Abstract
In a colposcopy clinic setting, paired cervical smears were taken from 259 women in a random order using the Multi-spatula and the Aylesbury spatula. Analysis showed that the Multi-spatula provided a higher quality smear with more endocervical cells (P<001) and improved the detection rate of cytological abnormalities (P<001).Keywords
