Abstract
A case of Q fever which presented with anemia, spiking remittent fever, axillary adenopathy, spleenomegaly, reticulocytosis, and a circumscribed lung lesion is reviewed. It was not possible to discover the source of the infection which occurred in a non-endemic area.Keywords
