Abstract
The third reported case of a carcinoid tumour arising in a teratoma of the testis is presented. The points of difference between the present case and the 2 previously reported ones are discussed. Unusual locations of carcinoid tumours are considered in the light of theories explaining their origins. The features of ovarian carcinoid tumours are reviewed and parallels drawn between them and the rarer testicular carcinoid tumours. Keywords
