Abstract
Tinidazole has been used prophylactically in 870 women undergoing elective hysterectomy at Westmead Centre or Blacktown District Hospital in the two years 1980–81. The febrile morbidity over this two-year period has been 13% compared to 35% in the placebo group in our original study in 1979 (Cocks et al ., 1981).Keywords
