Abstract
The lattice dynamics of the fcc lattice has been investigated with a model in which interatomic forces include, in addition to central forces, angular forces of the type suggested by de Launay. The model has been applied to copper, and results have been compared with a model investigated previously which had angular forces of the type employed by Clark, Gazis, and Wallis. Keywords
