Abstract
We describe 2 patients with rare primary pulmonary manifestation of Hodgkin’s disease. Our 1st patient, who had unilateral pulmonary involvement and has been treated with segmental resection and cyclophosphamide, has survived > 18 years without relapse. He is the first patient reported with such a long survival. Our 2nd patient had bilateral pulmonary involvement and B symptoms and has been treated with an aggressive chemotherapy regimen. She is alive after 3 years without evidence of diseaseKeywords
