Abstract
A comparative study was made of the growth curve obtained on castrate [male] mouse accessories by the use of ovarian androgens as obtained from ear grafts, and the inj. of several synthetic androgens. The data presented point to the growth curve of accessories resulting from injs. of testosterone propionate plus progynon-B as being essentially identical with that obtained as a result of grafted androgenic ovaries. The physiological similarity exists although the chemistry of the ovarian principle remains unknown. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
