Abstract
Males (52) (aged 23-40 yr) were examined in the preclinical stage of ischemic heart disease revealed seasonal differences in the values of the blood coagulation and anticoagulation systems: in the spring, there was an increase in blood coagulation activity displayed by growth of the concentration of fibrinogen and soluble fibrin and a reduction in the amount of the plasminogen activator. Preventive treatment of patients in the spring, the most unfavorable season in respect to the effect of the pathogenetic factors, is suggested. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
