Abstract
Data on bipolar affective disorder in 187 pedigrees from the Collaborative Depression Study were analyzed using logistic models that have been extended to incorporate age of onset information. Logistic regression analysis and segregation analysis revealed evidence for complex familial effects on this disorder.Keywords
