Abstract
In L-alanine doped TGS, spatial distribution of internal bias field, of spontaneous polarization and of coercive field have been Investigated. It has been shown that internal bias field is one of the most sensitive parameters describing the differences in the amount of alanine incorporated in the definite parts of a crystal without the necessity to destroy it. Asymmetry of the crystal without growth rate and a change of the polarization vector sense along the b-axis at the surface {120} have been observed. Keywords
