Problem ofin Nonleptonic Charm Decay

Abstract
If the branching ratio for , which currently stands at (12±6)%, remains much larger than 3% in future data, then either the rule breaks down, or the final-state contains much structure. The possibility that this structure is due to and resonances is briefly examined.
