Abstract
A statistical method for computing high energy collisions of protons with multiple production of particles is discussed. The method consists in assuming that as a result of fairly strong interactions between nucleons and mesons the probabilities of formation of the various possible numbers of particles are determined essentially by the statistical weights of the various possibilities. Keywords
