Abstract
Theoretical calculations, based on the treatment of Loevinger et al. 1956, are made of the β-ray dose and its distribution around rods of yttria (90Y) 1 mm in diameter. The results are in good agreement with the measured ones. In addition, there is a notable consistency in the dose levels reported by the various workers for sources of 90Y.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
