Abstract
Evidence is presented based on serial sections, suggesting that Anopheles A virus in the Ehrlich ascites tumor cell is harbored and propagated within the endoplasmic reticulum which in this system consists of an extensive mostly canalicular network. Its organization and differentiation within the cell are described and the significance of such a location of virus discussed. Keywords
