Abstract
The case of a 42-year-old woman who complained of headaches and vague associated symptoms which were diagnosed as a pseudocoarctation and aneurysm of the aortic arch is presented. The anomaly was corrected by obliteration of the aneurysm of the aortic arch Is presented. The anomaly was corrected by obliteration of the aneurysum, division of the ligamentum arteriosum, and insertion of a patch (arterioplasty) in the narrow portion of the aortic isthmus. The pathology, diagnosis and management of pseudocoarctation are discussed briefly. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
