Abstract
The authors present calculations of three-photon ionisation generalised cross sections of metastable 2S helium. The results are compared with experiment as well as with previous calculations. Although some of the existing calculations are in reasonable agreement with experiment considerable discrepancies still exist between calculations.Keywords
