Abstract
Pupillary elongation was seen along the lens loop in four of 12 eyes that had Simcoe-SAC3 lenses and two of six eyes with Kelman-MT3 lenses. Gonioscopy, especially in the eyes with the Simcoe lens, showed the iris overriding a lens loop, with goniosynechias and scattered pigmentation in the angle. Argon laser photocoagulation of the overriding iris was ineffective. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
