Abstract
Presentation of Case First admission. A fifty-six-year-old stationary engineer was brought to the Emergency Ward because of collapse.On the day of admission the patient suddenly became weak while walking and collapsed to the floor, striking the right side of the head; there was no loss of consciousness, incontinence or biting of the tongue. A similar episode had occurred four days previously, when he sustained a laceration of the right eyebrow.
