Abstract
Enhanced second-harmonic generation from gratings of 1.53-µm periodicity is measured versus the groove depth of the gratings. Compared with previous results, here the increase in the maximum enhancement (from 36 to 2400) shows the importance of the grating periodicity in such experiments. Keywords
