Abstract
Young agar cultures of Bacillus cereus, B. megatherium and Eryihrobacillus prodigiosus twice centrifuged and resuspended in distilled water, NaCl, Ringer-Locke or sugar solutions died off almost immediately; similar treatment had little effect on Bacterium coli. Broth, dilute peptone, beef extract or omission of centrifuging prevented material reduction in numbers. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
