Abstract
Intramusc. or subcut. injn. of almond oil to guinea pigs causes micro-emboli of oil to appear in the lungs. After 6 to 10 hrs. local eosinophilia appears in the lungs. Repeated injns. result in eosinophilia in the peripheral blood. The pathomechanism of Loffler''s syndrome occurring after the injn. of oils is dis-cussed.Keywords
