Abstract
Renal manifestations in Kawasaki disease are rare, and nephrotic syndrome in this disorder has not been described previously. We report a 3 month old infant with Kawasaki disease, presenting with nephrotic syndrome which responded to steroid therapy. The patient, however, developed coronary aneurysms and died of acute myocardial infarction. Keywords
