Abstract
Development of a theory for the creep-rate ( ) of materials under stress (σij′) during bombardment with energetic particles is continued. The equation is arrived at where ψd is the random component of the dislocation-flux (intersections m −1s−1) and I an associated internal stress. Experimental and theoretical values of ψd and I are derived and compared. Keywords
