Abstract
A method for the spectrochemical analysis of plant tissue, designed principally for use by graduate students with minimum guidance from the spectrographer, has been devised. The method is designed to eliminate or reduce at least the many matrix problems of biological systems The ash of plant tissue is mixed with the buffer powder (K2SO4-graphite) in portions determined by the amount of ash and potassium present in the plants.Keywords
